- Implement roller usage tracking system, including numbering frames and reviewed roller specification due to existing failures.
- Introduce offline audits and reports including belt maps, these are used as conveyor databases also.
- Conduct audits on existing pulley critical spares and rationalised holdings. Develop and carried out monthly critical spare stocktakes.
- Identify gaps in existing critical spare holdings on long lead time items and add to critical spares list to mitigate risk.
- Conduct Australian Standard Conveyor Audit (previously AS1755) and provide detailed report for client to justify spend required to become compliant.
- Develop Monthly & Quarterly maintenance plans based on our audit system to assist with resource planning and budget projections
- Develop maintenance plan for key conveyors that are experiencing significant delays due to damage.
- As part of rotable /critical spares audits develop Pulley Refurbishment standard for offsite Pulley overhauls.
- Process improvements to client to reduce maintenance down times
- Conduct design reviews on existing conveyor systems to ensure correct specification being used and rationalise stock holdings
