Reliable Conveyor Belt has serviced mine sites, quarries, and power stations across NSW, WA, and QLD since 1973. We're growing in Gunnedah and need a Mechanical Supervisor who can run a crew on site and still get hands-on when the job calls for it.

Reporting to the WHSE, HR & Quality Manager, you will play a key role in driving and promoting a positive safety culture across all Reliable Conveyor Belt branches. Working closely with managers, supervisors and employees, you'll provide expert WHS advice, ensure legislative compliance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain the highest standards of workplace health and safety throughout the business.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will manage workforce planning and rostering for the Newcastle branch and provide administration support to the Operations team. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll build the rosters that get crews to shutdowns and service jobs, and keep the branch's operational paperwork on track. If you enjoy a role that mixes rostering, admin and problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.
