Rip, impact and abrasion resistant belts

A longitudinal rip is the most expensive belt failure there is. It happens in seconds, it can run for hundreds of metres, and it takes the conveyor and everything downstream with it.

Rip Block + carries transverse reinforcement through the carcass, so when something penetrates the cover the reinforcement arrests the tear. What would have been an emergency changeout becomes a localised repair you can schedule.
